think about this you as a realtor sell a house and if you do everything right you earn a 3% commission. the average sales price of a home in Arizona is around 370k right now. That's $11,000!!!! that is a lot of money especially since homes are selling in a day. some agents think that oh its a lower priced home I do not need to waste my money... WRONG! you need something to show the people that differentiates you and makes you stand out. if you do not do anything different people will just choose the new flat fee agent who is taking listings at $299 and getting the buy side. no matter what the market looks like you will always need great marketing material to win listings. I actually got my license 3 years ago and have been beating veteran agents in listing appointments because I bring a ton of marketing material and HUGE value! and believe me when people see the photos immediately they are sold. So don't get beat out by new agents because you want to save $150 that's nothing of your $11,000 commission, do not look like the cheap agent. you will lose business in the long run.
