Virtual Home Zone: real estate photography, drone, video, 3D tours, and virtual staging

About Virtual Home Zone

One photographer. Eight cities. Every listing gets the same attention to detail.

Who We Are

Virtual Home Zone is a real estate media studio based in the Phoenix East Valley. We produce listing photos, drone aerials, cinematic video, 3D Matterport tours, virtual staging, and marketing kits for agents and homeowners across Mesa, Gilbert, Chandler, Queen Creek, Scottsdale, Tempe, Fountain Hills, San Tan Valley.

Every shoot is handled personally by our lead photographer. That means consistent quality, reliable communication, and someone who knows the East Valley neighborhoods, light conditions, and angles that sell homes.

FAA Part 107 Certified

Our photographer holds FAA Part 107 certification for commercial drone operations. That is a federal requirement for any commercial aerial photography. We carry liability insurance and follow all FAA airspace regulations, including restrictions near Falcon Field Airport (FFZ) and Phoenix-Mesa Gateway Airport (IWA).

Service Area

We cover the entire Phoenix East Valley: Mesa, Gilbert, Chandler, Queen Creek, Scottsdale, Tempe, Fountain Hills, San Tan Valley. Local knowledge matters. We know which neighborhoods have HOA restrictions on yard signs, which streets face west for golden-hour shots, and which areas have drone airspace limitations.

MesaHomes Partnership

Virtual Home Zone is the media production partner for MesaHomes FSBO packages. When you purchase a listing package through MesaHomes, your photography and media are produced by Virtual Home Zone.

Both companies are owned by the same person and serve the Phoenix East Valley. MesaHomes handles real estate brokerage services. Virtual Home Zone handles media production. Two focused brands, one commitment to quality.
