Virtual Home Zone provides photography, media production, and marketing support services. VHZ does not list properties on the MLS, represent sellers in negotiations, handle earnest money, or provide legal advice. Brokerage services are available separately through MesaHomes partner agents.
FSBO Listing Uploads
Listing entry assistance covers owner-accessible platforms only: Zillow FSBO, Craigslist, and ForSaleByOwner.com. MLS listing is not included and requires a licensed agent.
Drone Photography *
Drone photography requires FAA Part 107 certification, which our photographer holds. Some Mesa-area neighborhoods near Falcon Field Airport (FFZ) and Phoenix-Mesa Gateway Airport (IWA) have airspace restrictions that may limit or prevent drone flights. VHZ will confirm drone eligibility for your property address before the shoot. If drone photography is not possible, we substitute elevated-angle photography from ground level or offer a partial refund for the drone component.
Reschedule Policy
Reschedules are free if requested at least 24 hours before the scheduled shoot. Same-day reschedules are subject to a $50 rebooking fee. Weather-related reschedules are always free. We make reasonable efforts to reschedule within 7 days of the original date.
Cancellation and Refund Policy
Full refund if cancelled more than 48 hours before the scheduled shoot. 50% refund if cancelled 24-48 hours before the shoot. No refund for cancellations less than 24 hours before the shoot or after media has been delivered. Refunds are processed back to the original payment method within 5-10 business days. If you cancel after media delivery, no refund is available, but you retain a license to use the delivered media.
Delivery Timelines
Base package: 24 hours. Standard package: 48 hours. Premium package: 72 hours for the full production set including video and virtual staging. Delivery timelines begin after the completed shoot date, not the purchase date. If we miss our stated delivery window, we treat your project as top priority until delivered and send you a personal update with the new ETA. For listings where timing is critical (open house, MLS deadline), tell us at booking so we can flag the schedule.

What is the relationship between Virtual Home Zone and MesaHomes?
Virtual Home Zone is the media production partner for MesaHomes FSBO packages. When you purchase a listing package through MesaHomes, your photography and media are produced by Virtual Home Zone. Both companies are owned by the same person and serve the Phoenix East Valley.
